COVID-19 Vaccine Appointment Scheduling & Registration Forms
Eligible Individuals MUST either schedule online at https://myspot.nc.gov/ or call 252-728-8550 (Option 2) in order to schedule an appointment to receive a COVID-19 Vaccine with the Carteret County Health Department.
Please understand we have limited vaccine and are working diligently to get people vaccinated. We ask for your patience.
