Consolidated Human Services Board

Carteret County Health and Human Services receives direction from the Consolidated Human Services Board, a policy making board appointed by the Carteret County Board of Commissioners. The board is made up of community representatives whose background is pertinent to the agency's mission, including county commissioners, a dentist, an engineer, a nurse, an optometrist, a pharmacist, physicians, a psychologist, a social worker, a veterinarian, consumers of services, and members of the community at-large.

Member Specifications: Shall be composed of no more than 25 members with specific categories
Term: 4 years
Compensation: None

Meeting Date: Second Monday of the second month of each quarter
Meeting Time: 6 p.m.
